Educational requirements: BS degree or higher in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science
Certification requirements: N/A
Years of experience: 2+ years in an IVF laboratory
Will train a novice or other skills (yes or no): Yes. For a competent embryologist, PREG not only provides continuous education on related novice skills or knowledge, but also encourages and supports the pursuit of career goal for degrees (M.S. or PhD) in the related field and certifications (such as TS, ELD or HCLD).
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
· Prior experience in an IVF laboratory setting.

Embryology:
You will be able to independently perform routine embryology tasks (training will be provided for a competent embryologist), including but not limited to:
• Dish prep
• Oocyte retrieval
• Embryo grading
• ICSI
• Assisted Hatching
• Blastocyst Biopsy (PREG will train competent candidate)
• Embryo transfer
• Embryo and oocyte vitrification and warming
